Submitting an Order

To insure accuracy and speed of processing, please submit your orders to sales@yourchoiceaquatics.com

Payment

We accept the following means of payment for all purchases: PayPal, cashier check and company check.

Minimum Order Size

There are no minimum order requirements for any order.

Freight

Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost.

We do not issue Return Label, the customer is to contact us directly for all warranty service, repair and replacement

Drop Shipments

A $5.00 per order drop ship charge will be assessed on all drop-ship orders. Please submit all drop-ship orders in writing. We will waive this fee if you email us with your order or send us the shipping label

Returns

All returns must have prior authorization. Please call us to obtain an RA (return authorization) number.

Returns without an RA will not be accepted.

Return of Brand-New Merchandise

In order to receive a refund the item(s) must…
1. be unused.
2. be in its original packaging which must also be in new condition.
3. include all parts, warranty and registration cards, instructions, special packaging, etc.
4. be mailed with return authorization no later than 30 days from the date received.

NOTICE:
1. Shipping charges are not refundable.
2. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
3. Your refund will only be given after we have received the returned item in original new condition.

Return of Defective Merchandise

Each manufacturer has a different policy regarding defective merchandise. In many cases we will be able to take your defective product and ship out a replacement. However, some manufacturers require that you deal with them directly. In either event we will work with you to insure that your defective item(s) is replaced as quickly as possible.

Shipping Damages

In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We will do everything we can to get a replacement sent out as soon as possible.

Damage Claims

A damage claim will be filed with the carrier. Because the carrier may choose to pick up both the damaged item(s) and packaging material for inspection, we ask that you hold on to these items for 7 business days from the date you report the damage to us. If the carrier does not pick up the damaged merchandise within this time period, you may then dispose of the damaged item(s) and packaging material. If possible, please take digital photos of damaged item(s) and packaging.

Cancelled Orders

Any order may be cancelled, except special orders and custom equipment, without penalty prior to shipping. If an order is canceled after it’s shipped or delivery is refused, we will refund the price of the product minus all applicable shipping fees (including return shipping fees and additional carrier charges).

Failed Delivery

If the carrier is unable to deliver the package re-delivery can be re-attempted or the order can be cancelled. In either case we will charge for all applicable shipping fees.

Terms and Price Changes

Please note we reserve the right to change the terms of this polices and pricing at anytime without any prior written notification.

MAP Pricing

Minimum Advertised Pricing is listed with each of the products on the Price list. It is very important for our network of dealers to adhere to this policy which allows for a fair playing field for our dealers. Your Choice Aquatics will continue to manage this policy and we appreciate your continued support. Any violations of this policy will be addressed immediately. Continuous Violations of this policy may lead to termination of dealer account.

Warranty and Liability Waiver

Liability Wavier and User Agreements

Warning – Before using this product, read all instructions and you must agree with our liability waiver and user agreements. If you don’t agree, please return the unused product to the point of purchase without 5 business days.

Thank you for your support in our product lines, we always working hard to improve and to bring our customers the best products and the best customer service as possible. There will be time a problem would occurred. Please don’t be alarm, we are here to help get your equipment back in good working condition as quick as possible.

Terms and Conditions of Warranty:
All product warranty is under the discretion of Your Choice Aquatics. Your Choice Aquatics reserves the right to void any warranty if improper use of the product is found; such as water damage, saltwater corrosion, salt creep, excessive heat due to improper installation, electrical surge, power failure, and improper maintenance.

Your Choice Aquatics reserves the right to void any warranty if improper modifications are made to any skimmer pumps. Your Choice Aquatics does not cover personal injury, personal loss, or damages associated with the use of these products.

If you don’t agree with the above terms and conditions, please return the purchased unit immediately. Once the product is opened and used, you automatically implied and agreed to the above terms and conditions.

Once the product is purchased and used for 30 days or more the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Returns and Replacements:

All warranty repairs are performed by Your Choice Aquatics. Please contact us for a Return Authorization number when sending a warranted product. Please package the returned product with peanuts, bubble wrap or other reputable proper packing material. Also include proof of purchase, a note stating the problem and provide your return address information. Once we receive the product we will repair or replace it in a timely manner.


Please make sure your return address and RA number is on the box.

** To our distributors: If any of your customers have warranted products, they must go through Your Choice Aquatics as we will not accept used skimmers, reactors or pumps. **

PLEASE NOTE: Product warranty is for NEW items only.

Open Box / Used do not apply and are voided of manufacturer warranty.

Clearance / Final Sales do not apply and are voided of manufacturer warranty.

Please note under no circumstances the store would be able to trade or swap you a new item. They only can fix and replace the necessary part(s) for you. Any other agreements or request must be approve by us.

A copy of the purchase receipt is required for all warranty claim. Without a receipt, we will base the warranty period under the serial number. Warranty period is start from the time of purchased, it’s not perpetuate or restart from the time of replacement, repair or service.

– Skimmer parts, acrylic body, skimmer base, acrylic collection cup and cup lid are warranty for 1 year.

– Skimmer pump motor is warranty for 1 year

– Needle Wheel Impeller is warranty for 6 months

– Ceramic Shaft no warranty.

We reserved the right to refuse any warranty claim from purchased outside of our Dealer’s Network, International, eBay, Craigslist and / or any other auction sites. We also reserved the right to refuse warranty claim on item that was purchased below MAP pricing. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. ALL Your Choice Aquatics ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS MUST BE CONNECT TO A CERTIFIED GFI OUTLET

Please contact Your Choice Aquatics for any problems or missing parts do not return to store. Your Choice Aquatics’ warranty only applies for the original buyer with proof of purchased receipt and the product has been registered with Your Choice Aquatics within 14 days from the time of purchase.

Warranty:

Your Choice Aquatics warrants that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of (1) year from the date of original purchase if the product is installed and used properly and consistent with the User Manual.

Your Choice Aquatics’ warranty shall not apply: (i) to any damaged that has been subjected to accident, misuse, neglect, alteration, acts of God, improper handling, improper transport, improper storage, improper use or application, improper installation, improper testing or unauthorized repair, (ii) to cosmetic problems or defects that result from normal wear and tear under ordinary use, and do not affect the performance or use of the product.

Your Choice Aquatics’ warranty applies only to a product that is manufactured by Your Choice Aquatics. If you notice a problem with Your Choice Aquatics’ product, do not attempt to repair it yourself. Any attempts at self-repair shall void this limited warranty. Your Choice Aquatics shall not be held liable for damage to any aquarium, aquarium life forms, or other personal objects due to improper use of the device.

If the product develops a covered defect within the one-year period, Your Choice Aquatics will, at its option, either repair or replace the product without charge, provided that Your Choice Aquatics product is returned during the warranty period. The warranty period is not perpetuate.

Your Choice Aquatics will not be liable for any damage caused to your aquarium or personal property resulting from the use of the Your Choice Aquatics’ product.

You will receive instructions on how to return the product for repair or replacement. To take advantage of this Limited Warranty you will be required to supply an original point of purchase receipt.

ALL WARRANTIES ARE VOID IF THERE IS DAMAGE TO THE YOUR CHOICE AQUATICS’ PRODUCT THAT IS NOT A RESULT OF A DEFECT IN THE MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ALL CLAIMS THAT YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THIS PRODUCT, WHETHER MADE OR SUFFERED BY YOU OR ANOTHER PERSON AND WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT OR TORT, SHALL BE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT WILL YOUR CHOICE AQUATICS OR ITS DISTRIBUTOR BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY OF TO USE THE PRODUCT (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS, DAMAGE TO YOUR AQUARIUM OR ANY AQUARIUM INHABITANTS), OR FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, EVEN IF YOUR CHOICE AQUATICS OR ITS DISTRIBUTOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO CASE SHALL YOUR CHOICE AQUATICS’ LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT USE YOUR CHOICE AQUATICS PRODUCT.
